Stardust Radio — Terms of Service
Stardust Radio is a community radio project: a web radio station, a Discord bot, a listening-party dashboard, and a Discord Activity. Using any of them means you're okay with these terms. We've kept them short and human.
1. What Stardust Radio is
A free, community-run service for sharing and listening to music together — including songs made with AI tools like Suno. It's a hobby project run by real people, not a company.
2. Your music
- Submit only songs you created or have the rights to share.
- Submitting a song gives us permission to broadcast it on the station — nothing more. You keep all your rights.
- You can withdraw a song anytime by asking in the support server; we'll take it down and delete the data.
- Hosts review submissions and can decline or remove any song for any reason.
3. Be decent
Don't use the service to submit or share anything illegal, hateful, or intended to harm or harass. Don't try to break, overload, or sneak around the service's access rules. Follow Discord's Terms wherever the bot or Activity is involved.
4. No promises
The service is provided as is, free of charge. We aim for it to be up and working, but it runs on hobbyist hardware — outages, bugs, and lost data can happen, and airtime for any particular song isn't guaranteed. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for damages arising from using (or not being able to use) the service.
5. Changes and ending things
We may update these terms or change/discontinue features at any time; the current version always lives at this page. We may suspend access for anyone abusing the service. You can stop using it — and ask for your data to be removed — whenever you like.
6. Privacy
What little data we handle is described in the Privacy Policy.
