Stardust Radio — Privacy Policy

Stardust Radio is a small community radio project. We keep this simple because the data we handle is simple.

What we collect

When you submit a song to the radio (for example with /radiosubmit):

• Your Discord username and user ID — so we know who submitted the song and can credit it on the station.
• The song link you submit (e.g. a Suno link) and the audio file it points to.
• Your agreement — clicking "I Agree & Submit" is logged (what you agreed to, and when).
• Submission status — whether a host approved or rejected it.

If you sign in to the Stardust Radio dashboard, we also read your basic Discord profile and server membership to let you in. If you use the Discord Activity, Discord shares your basic profile (username, avatar) with it so you appear in the listener list. We don't post anything on your behalf.

That's it. No emails, no passwords, no payment info, no tracking pixels, no analytics profiles.

What we do with it

• Approved songs are added to the station's rotation and credited with your name and the song title.
• Rejected songs are not kept — the audio is never added to the station.
• Submission records are used only to run the queue (like preventing duplicate pending submissions).

How long we keep it

We hold your song and submission info for as long as the song is in the station's rotation. It isn't archived anywhere else.

Removal — just ask

If you want your song or your data removed at any time, ask in the support server (or message the station host directly). We'll remove the song from the station and delete the submission data. Done — no forms, no waiting period.

What we never do

• We don't sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
• We don't share it with third parties for marketing.
• We don't claim ownership of your music — submitting only gives us permission to broadcast it, which you can take back whenever you want.

Third-party services we run on

• Discord — submissions, sign-in, and the Activity happen through Discord (their privacy policy).
• AzuraCast — the self-hosted software that runs the radio station.
• Suno — where submitted songs are hosted by their creators.
